You can either use (easy way) or follow (hard way). Move the file into the folder that contains the Dragon Nest files (it should have files like 'dnlauncher.exe' and the 'ResourceXX.pak' files). The mod should take effect upon entering the game. Note: You will need to move your mods out of the folder when updating the game in order to prevent breakage or other problems. This should be done before running the launcher (since some versions like NA auto-patch upon launch). After updating, you can safely move them back.
